• You can apply by clicking here, or on the red button above. This takes you to our online application form. All volunteers and participants of organised student groups must submit this form.

• You will need to know how long you wish to volunteer for, and your volunteer dates. 

• Select "Costs" on the top menu bar to determine how much your volunteer fees will be.

• If you are a student from an organised University group you will be informed of your weekly costs through your University and/or your GGC Volunteers Student Placement Coordinator.

• You do not need to pay anything to submit your application form. Once we have approved your application, you will be sent an invoice to cover your $100 non refundable application fee, and volunteer fee amount.

• To approve your application we require a copy of your Curriculum Vitae, Passport front photo page, and current National Police Check of your country. Please attach these to your online application, as it will greatly speed up your approval process. If you do not have these documents, you may still apply, but your application cannot be fully approved until you send these documents.

• To submit your online application, you will be required to read and agree to our "Privacy Policy" and "Code of Conduct".

• Please read the Code of Conduct carefully, as it has important information regarding GGC Volunteers Limited Refund Policy, and Release and Hold Harmless provisions. By accepting the Code of Conduct, you are accepting these conditions.

• Once we have approved your application, and you have received and paid your invoice, you will be sent your Volunteer or Student Handbook which explains just about everything you need to know to prepare you for your volunteer experience.

• During the course of your preparation, you will be asked for further information to help us prepare you for your trip, including;

  • Copy of your Visa (we will let you know whether you need a tourist or business visa when you apply)

  • Travel Insurance (including coverage of volunteer work and medical evacuation)

  • Dates of entry/exit from Vietnam

  • Dates of entry/exit from our volunteer house

  • Flight details into Da Nang (airline, flight number, time of arrival)

  • Signed Media Release, Code of Conduct, Release and Hold Harmless Provisions and Cancellations and Refunds Policy
